Terms of Service for Storise

Welcome to Storise! By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Storise is a digital product developed and operated by Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd, a legally registered entity. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the term "Storise" refers to the mobile and web application, platform, and services provided and managed by Green Stream Solutions (B) Sdn Bhd.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

3. Use of the Service

3.1 Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Storise.

3.2 User Account:

  • You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Content Ownership:

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content available through the Service.
  • All content provided through the Service is the property of Storise or its licensors.

4.2 Intellectual Property:

  • Storise retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

5.1 Use the Service for Illegal Purposes:

  • Engage in any illegal activities in connection with the use of the Service.

5.2 Interfere with the Service:

  • Disrupt, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or networks.

5.3 Unauthorized Use:

  • Use the Service for any unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to commercial purposes without Storise’s express written consent.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

Storise reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

9. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.

To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting us here. Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.

You also have the right to inform us using the model cancellation form below or by making any other clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you use our “Contact Us” form online, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.

10. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

11. Exception to the Right to Cancel

Your right as a Consumer to cancel your order does not apply to the supply of Digital Content that you have started to download, stream or otherwise acquire and to Products which you have had the benefit of.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Paddle and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Paddle will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Paddle to counterclaim the refund.

This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
